Individual Coaching for Rising & Executive Leaders
I offer coaching that focuses on the conversations leaders need to have with themselves in order to develop self-awareness, gain insights, identify behavioral shifts, and conduct small personal experiments.
I partner with my coaching clients on a bi-weekly (twice a month) basis.
Typical engagements run a minimum of six months and are open-ended beyond that for as far as the journey takes them.
All engagements begin with a Discovery Session in which we align on expectations, logistics, and desired outcomes. These activities establish a foundation of trust, rapport, and mutual commitment. Often there will be a second alignment conversation that includes the client’s manager-sponsor.
The engagement concludes with a Completion Session to celebrate achievements, assess outcomes, and strategize an approach for self-sustaining growth.

The LCP is the only assessment that directly measures the primary tension in life and in leadership: the struggle between purpose (vision, contribution, and creativity) and safety (protection, approval, and risk aversion).
This purpose-safety tension informs how we lead, specifically how consciously we apply our creative competencies (purpose) or our reactive tendencies (safety).
By measuring and then integrating these domains, the LCP illustrates the dynamics between them and immediately reveals the greatest opportunities for each individual to become a more authentic and effective leader.
