Laura Weiss, Principal
Laura Weiss, MBA, CPCC, ACC was originally educated and licensed as an architect, a demanding and focused profession.
But early in her career she intuitively began to explore alternative paths, applying prototyping techniques to experiment with different options long before this approach was acknowledged as a way to forge one’s own path.
Laura now partners with individual leaders, co-directors, and leadership teams to increase their influence and impact as they pursue meaningful transitions in their own professional lives.
Laura’s background reflects her commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. She holds a B.Arch. with honors from Cornell University, an M.Arch. from Yale University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She has also earned a Graduate Certificate in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College in Burlington, VT, her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) credential from CTI, and is an ACC (Associated Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation.
